Gucci 'Jolicoeur' messenger bag



Shell and I were out shopping in the City this weekend before our Spa appointments. Such a bad idea to go into Gucci. We both had to pry ourselves out of the store without making a major purchase. I need a messenger bag and saw this one. The one that I actually want has a different strap, but everything else is pretty much the same. I'm waiting to buy it duty free when I go overseas in December. In the U.S this bag is priced at $490.

Only for the Oily

This is an oil control lotion that I picked up at Sephora. It has antioxidants and UVA/UVB sunscreens. I use it for my T-zone and it really works. After using this product I find myself doing less blotting. Definitely something that I will continue to use. It's $42 a tube.

So for the last 6 months I've been getting eye lash extentions from make-up artist Masami Rung. She is certified by Nova Lash and does a wonderful job. They last up to a month for me, but some people are able to up keep them for longer. The first time application ranges around $130 and monthly touch-ups are at around $80.

It's addictive. They enhance my eyes so much that I don't think that I can go without them. You can find a certified Nova Lash artist here.

Out of all my jeans in my jean collection- this pair is my favorite. It's a higher waisted jean and elongates my legs. Wearing these with my stilettos make me look REALLY taller than I really am... Love It! I get a lot of compliments on them too. If you're lucky you can pick up a pair for $160. They range up to $200 depending on pocket design.

Benefit 24k Sexy Gold Lip Gloss

Pleasant apricot like scent and is VERY smooth. No stickiness here. It has a very light shimmer and gold undertone. You can wear it alone or on top of a lipstick. Reasonably priced at $20 in the U.S.

YSL Golden Shimmering Lip Gloss

I was at the YSL counter buying the YSL Volume Effect Faux Cils mascara and the sales rep recommended that I try this gloss. AKA the Jessica Alba gloss. I guess she endorsed it at a premiere, which boosted the sales of the product. It's a thicker,stickier gloss, and also has extra extra sparkle and shimmer. It's my personal fav. It has a nice fragrance as well, which is not surprising because all YSL make-up has a pleasant scent. A little more than some people are willing to pay for a gloss at $28 a pop.

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush

You can't really go wrong with the VS collection- 2 for $12 or 5 for $20. Stock up and leave one in each handbag. They have a number of flavors as well. I've only tried the mango madness and punchy and like them both. The gloss itself is both semi thick & sticky. Do not leave in hot car. It will melt and become runny...(not to mention messy).
